Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card. Every new workspace also gets full Growth features for the first few days, then settles onto Free. You add a card only when you choose a paid plan.
What counts as a send?
Each outbound email in a sequence counts once against your monthly limit. Replies, inbound mail, and warmup traffic never count.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Sending pauses until the next day or your next upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and there are no overage charges or surprise bills. Upgrade any time and your setup carries over.
How does billing work?
One flat price per workspace, monthly or yearly. Yearly is two months free. Paid plans include unlimited seats, leads, and campaigns, so the only thing that scales is inboxes and send volume.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from settings. Downgrading drops you to the lower limits without deleting your leads, campaigns, or history.
Why is there no per-seat pricing?
Because outbound is a team sport and charging per head punishes you for growing. Paid plans include unlimited seats. You pay for sending capacity, not for adding a teammate.
