Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how dellv inc (“dellv.”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the dellv. outbound sales CRM and cold-email platform and the websites at dellv.com and app.dellv.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Google user data (Limited Use). dellv.’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We only use Google data to provide and improve the features you explicitly enable, we never sell it, we never use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except as needed for security, to comply with law, for support with your consent, or in aggregated/anonymized form. See “Data from connected mailboxes and calendars” below.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account details — your name, email address, company, and password or single sign-on identity, handled through our authentication provider.
  • Billing details — plan selection and payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Content you add — leads and contacts you import or enter, email templates and campaign copy, notes, tasks, meetings, and pipeline data.

Data from connected mailboxes and calendars

When you connect a Google account, you grant dellv. access to specific data through Google OAuth. We request only the scopes needed for features you turn on:

  • Send email (gmail.send) — to send your campaigns and replies from your own mailbox.
  • Read and organize mail (gmail.modify) — only if you enable reply sync and/or inbox warmup, to detect replies and bounces and, for warmup, to open and file automated warmup messages. We access only messages needed for these features and never read or store the contents of your unrelated personal or business mail.
  • Calendar availability (calendar.readonly) — only if you connect a calendar, to show free/busy times on your booking page.

Refresh tokens for these grants are stored encrypted at rest. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account or by disconnecting the inbox in dellv.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser and device information, and actions taken in the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.
  • Cookies — required cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics. See “Cookies” below.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service and its features you enable.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send you service, security, and transactional messages (for example, booking confirmations and account notices).
  • Provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and enforce our terms.
  • Understand and improve the Service, including in aggregated or de-identified form.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Prospect and contact data you upload

dellv. lets you store and email contacts (“prospects”). For that data, you are the data controller and dellv. is a data processor acting on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your prospects and for complying with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL), including honoring unsubscribe requests. We provide unsubscribe handling and a do-not-email suppression list to help.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the Service — authentication, payments, database hosting, application hosting, transactional email, rate-limiting/cache, and error monitoring — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.
  • Google, to send and, where enabled, read/organize mail from your connected mailbox on your behalf.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required).

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security and dispute resolution. You can delete leads and other content in-product, and you can request deletion of your account.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive credentials such as mailbox refresh tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@dellv.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA/UK, our lawful bases include performance of our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests.

8. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and security, and limited cookies to understand and improve usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
